Vendor Application

Submitting a Vendor Application does not guarantee a vending space. 
All applications will go through a review process. 
 
 During the event all vendors will be subject to daily Health & Fire Safety Inspections.

Any misconduct, foul language, or aggressive behavior towards the vendor coordinators, fair commissioners, fair staff or fellow vendors will be cause for immediate removal from the fair grounds with no refund.

Vendor Fees are determined by the Fair & Rodeo Commission and no exceptions will be made. All Vendor Fees are non-refundable. 
 
What type of vendor are you?
Vendor Space Needed
Food & Beverage: Standard 10x10 Space - $900
Non-Food & Beverage: Standard 10x10 space - $400
I need more than the Standard 10x10 Space - Standard fee + $25 per linear foot
501(c)(3) Non-Profit 10x10 - $150

Standard Space is a 10 x 10 at a flat rate of $900 for Food & Beverage and $400 for Non-Food & Beverage.

If you need more than the Standard Space the rate will be $25 per linear foot in length. Ex. 16 ft long trailer will be $900 (10x10) + $150 (6 extra ft in length x $25) = $150 for a 10x16

All spaces are first-come, first-serve. Vendors MUST submit a diagram of your set up to confirm your space size before application approval. Should vendors exceed the approved length, payment will be required.

Are you an enrolled member of the White Mountain Apache Tribe?
Yes - I have Tribal ID or CIB with my name on it.
No - I do not have a Tribal ID or CIB with my name on it.

WMAT Tribal Members receive a $100 discount on Vendor Fees.


We will request proof of enrollment during the application process. The name on the application must match the name on the proof of tribal enrollment.
