Start Point: E. Willow St. - Next to Assembly of God Church

End Point: Fatco Rd. - Burger King turn off

Parade floats must check-in by 6:30 AM

Road Closure: TBA

Parade Start: 9:00 AM

  • Music/Sound from your float cannot disturb the animals

  • Mounted riders MUST have a pooper scooper

  • No Parade Entries past the deadline, no exceptions.

Parade Entry Form

This will be read by the announcers.

Entry Type:
Business (Ex: Burger King, Apache Service Station, etc.)
Group (Ex: Church Group, Traditional Performers, etc.)
Option School Org (Ex: Marching Band, Football Team, Cheer, etc.)
Royalty (Ex: Miss WMAT, Miss AZ, Little Miss, etc.)
Mounted Riders (Ex: Rodeo Queens, Livestock Association, etc.)
Elected Official/Political (Ex: Council Member, State/County Reps, Active Candidates, etc.)
Mode of Transportation (Please select all that apply):

Note: Horse/Animal entries MUST provide their own poop scooper for entry & Motorized entries will be asked to submit a copy of driver license with current insurance card (must show coverage for date of parade). 

Any Sound/Music CANNOT alarm horses/animals (if this occurs you will be asked to turn down or completely off).

Parade will be held Saturday, September 5th at 9:00 am. All entries must be in line and ready to go by 6:30 am. Be early, especially if you are closer to the front of the line. If not in line by the deadline the WMAT Fair & Rodeo reserves the right to exclude entries, and no refunds will be given. 

Application and payment deadline is Friday August 28th at 5:00 pm. No entries will be accepted on the day of the parade - NO EXCEPTIONS


Parade Theme: 99 Years of Resilience: Walking in the Footsteps of our Ancestors


Entry Fee:

  • WMAT Tribal Member (must submit proof of enrollment) - $150

  • Regular Entry - $200

  • Elected Official/Political Candidate - $500

    Parade entry fees were determined and agreed upon by the WMAT Fair and Rodeo Department and Planning Commission. 


I understand and agree to abide by the 99th Annual White Mountain Apache Tribal Fair & Rodeo Rules & Regulations. I understand that I am responsible for following all safety and traffic laws applicable to this event to ensure the safety of the general public and other participants in front and behind my entry. I hereby acknowledge that the WMAT, its agents/event sponsors, volunteers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, thefts, death, or loss of property that may result from my non-compliance with any rules and regulations set forth by the WMAT Fair & Rodeo Parade Committee.
